Trattoria Aroma has been at the forefront of the localvore movement since before most of us had ever even heard of the term. Joel Drajem began raising pork for Trattoria Aroma and has slowly expamded Blossom Hill Farm to include other meat items on the Trattoria Aroma menu. Restaurant owner Dave Cosentino invited Artvoice TV down to Dayton, NY for a tour of the farm.
