First Uniland got the State to give them a $7million grant and a $12 million loan to subsidize their private office, hotel, residential project, and now Empire State Development Corp. on Thursday awarded three grants totaling another $11 million to Uniland Development Co. for its Avant building project in downtown Buffalo. How does someone get $28 million if free taxpayer money for their private enterprise? Where do I sign up?

Pot, meet kettle! Carl gets public money for practically every project he does! Berger? Free roof from the City. The waterfront condo tower? Residents don't pay property taxes. Am I missing something? Avant looks 1000 times better than anything Carl has ever built. Carl says he'll never build another condo in town- yeah right. Go cry somewhere else.
