Bagel Jay seems like a really nice and interesting person. I liked hearing about the Bagel Shop. Judy Sperry, however, really needs to work on her interviewing technique. First suggestion - stop moving your hands so much. Second suggestion - don't sit gaping with your mouth open while your interviewee is speaking.
