Adding a silver outline to everything is not graphic design. If you really wanted to update it, you should have redrawn the buffalo to make it a bit sleeker and finessed, redrawn the hilts and added silver as only a small accent. He added outlines to an existing logo, without changing any of the proportions, it's too busy
and heavy looking, not modern. Adding outlines = modern?

I revised the original crest for Reebok 3 years ago, with very slight tweaks to update it but at the time they were hell bent on Franks banana slug. Even though I told them people want the original logo as is.

Horrible, pathetic attempt to call this graphic design.

Absolutely love the 3rd jersey. They did just enough to it, to make it look great. I will be buying an authentic customized one this season. As for the new line of clothing; I think it's a winner. Great to see them working on a new Sabres clothing line. Nothing corny about it. It's what fans have asked for. The retail sales & marketing group for the Sabres definitely have the right guy to deliver on some cool looking stuff. Keep up the great work, Frank.

I love the new 3rd... i've never had a problem with the sabres new logo/jerseys... but i still think that this jersey should be made into the full-time home jersey with a new white version for the road... and make the dark "slug" jersey the 3rd jersey.

i dont know what to think about the "sabres fashion" line... seems kinda corny but at the same time interesting.

I must say he totally made up for the slug design. He delivered a great updated vintage style uniform that I'm looking forward to staying on the ice for a long time.

I like the new styles...I still think the old school blue and gold is the winner tho..
